What is Co-Funding?

Co-funding with the ALMT allows individuals, other Trusts and Foundations, and Companies to contribute funds directly to individual, vetted and approved, project partnerships. With fifteen years of experience awarding grants and working in partnership with children’s organisations around the world, the ALMT is best placed to support you in your philanthropy.

Miracles receives referrals to work with families facing poverty and crises, when they really need help. Over a third of London’s children are living in poverty – more than 700,000 – as many as Scotland and Wales combined. The impact poverty has been compounded by the Covid pandemic and cost of living crisis.

These families have learnt first-hand about the depression, loneliness, isolation brought on by job loss and an insecure financial future and how this has all impacted on the general well-being of children and their families. Miracles works with multiple hospitals as well as children’s charities, social work teams, refuges and Citizens Advice.

Miracles supports families with Feed London Food Boxes and crisis funding. Referrals come to Miracles from partners including Great Ormond Street, Hackney Ark, Royal Marsden, Young Lives v Cancer and Hestia.

Targeted emergency support will be provided for families facing a significant life crisis, such as child illness and/or domestic violence – immediate help to get them through the immediate difficulty and mitigate the crises, giving them space and time to recover.
