What is Co-Funding?

Co-funding with the ALMT allows individuals, other Trusts and Foundations, and Companies to contribute funds directly to individual, vetted and approved, project partnerships. With fifteen years of experience awarding grants and working in partnership with children’s organisations around the world, the ALMT is best placed to support you in your philanthropy.

SAS FC is a voluntary club that prides itself in offering inclusive, local, low cost football provision for children of St Ann’s, Sneinton, & Mapperley. There is very little on offer for children aged 3-6 in the area.

Prior to this project SAS FC catered for children aged six upwards and this project is allowing children to start playing football at the age of 3 giving SAS a USP in the area. Each year, once children reach year 2, they can then join a new under seven side which SAS are creating.  This project is enabling the provision of three Soccer School sessions each hosting up to 20 three-to- six year olds. Children can transition into the older sessions as they grow with the club. Older players can become young leaders.
