What is Co-Funding?

Co-funding with the ALMT allows individuals, other Trusts and Foundations, and Companies to contribute funds directly to individual, vetted and approved, project partnerships. With fifteen years of experience awarding grants and working in partnership with children’s organisations around the world, the ALMT is best placed to support you in your philanthropy.

This three-year project with All Ears Cambodia will develop a family-orientated rehabilitation and communication therapy service for hearing-impaired Khmer children with a parallel education program concerning ear and hearing health. The principal aim is to develop a family-focused rehabilitation and communication therapy service for hearing-impaired Khmer children.

The project will develop children’s hearing aid fitting protocols and the evaluation of hearing aid benefit in children as well as creating a speech advisor role, building staff skills. All Ears Cambodia will provide a minimum of180 daily paediatric clinics per year enabling 240 children per year to receive auditory rehabilitation. There will also be a parallel education program towards the advancement of ear and hearing health (through the LISTEN.OUT.LOUD Show). The project will develop parent groups and the produce 12 family education sessions per year and 24 children’s ear health education shows per year.
