Kiyan Prince lost his life, a victim of knife crime, on 18th May 2006. Kiyan was a very strong talented striker who played with QPR’s youth team and was the U16s top striker at the time of his death. His father Mark Prince set up The Kiyan Prince Foundation shortly after Kiyan’s death to educate young people about the consequences of following the knife and gun culture. Mark works visiting schools and talking to young people. The ALMT funding is for the continuation of Mark’s work with schools and young people.
